Gourmet grocery store

Normally this place is a very common place for me to buy groceries for many years, but after today I will NEVER be coming back. I also suggest you all go to a different place, as I was mistreated by one of the female staff. I simply ask what was one of the price of a certain vegetable at the register and she was being very rude and treating me as if I was stupid. She threw the receipt and change at me. At that moment I felt I was mistreated and spoken badly cause I’m Asian. I’m so disappointed about this place as Normally staff is great, but if they don’t do something about this then I will NEVER EVER come back, and I will continue to tell people to not come here.

Great cake and coffee. Great rolls. Nice staff and Friday paella and Saturday tacos are worth a try. A growing shop getting better by the day

What a fantastic gourmet deli and butcher! If you're after some traditional European cuts of meat and delicatessen products (smoked meats, salami, liverwurst, etc), as well as a really good range of European pantry staples, this is definitely worth visiting. Unfortunately it's not local to me, but was definitely worth the trip to pick up some traditional bratwurst and kassler chops for our Oktoberfest event. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area again and recommend popping in to see for yourself.

The service, communication and delivery has been outstanding!I have been looking for a particular liqueur and each time I emailed Will, he would give me approximate dates of arrival due to supply chain craziness at the moment! Always friendly, always helpful, and always available!I placed my order immediately when the item arrived and received my goods the next day!Great service, great a products! Very hospitable and friendly staff, coffee was great and really nice selection of cakes slices light meals and deli items. Dogs also accepted in designated areas which makes a nice change. This place has a really nice vibe.

I was lucky to receive a super dooper one of these for my b'day thanks to Suzie for making it so yummy.I love how it was all locally sourced, if you are wanting that special gift Suzie is the lady to talk to.On a corporate business side I have also sent thank you and christmas hampers to my clients Boxed Indulgence deliver locally and post anywhere, beautifully packaged and carefully designed to suit the occasion. I had very happy clients.

Customer service could be better and more sufficient and much more friendly

Don’t let the high end appearance fool you. They offer a great range of fruits and vegetables at very god prices. We used to go to another place around the corner but it was convenient and well priced. But it got way too crowded. Hard to get around and long queues at the checkouts. Growers lane’s prices are pretty much the same. But it’s so much easier to get around and park.
